Sanam Roasted Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut

  • 3 tbsp Sanam Tandoori Masala

  • 1 tbsp crushed cumin

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp crushed chili

  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Wash and make fine cuts in chicken.
  • Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave between 3-24 hours in the fridge.
  • Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 375°F, turning while in oven until fully cooked.
  • Serve on a platter with cilantro, onion slices and lemon wedges.
