Ingredients 1 chicken, cut 3 tbsp Sanam Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp crushed cumin 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp crushed chili 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste 3 tbsp olive oil Salt to taste Directions Wash and make fine cuts in chicken. Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave between 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 375°F, turning while in oven until fully cooked. Serve on a platter with cilantro, onion slices and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
