Ingredients

1kg boneless chicken, cubed

3 tbsp Sanam Steak & Chops mix

2 tbsp Sanam Premium Tandoori Masala

1 tbsp Sanam Lemon & Pepper

2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste

½ freshly squeezed lemon

½ freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp crushed cumin

1 tsp red chili powder
-
1 beaten egg

4 tbsp cornstarch

3 tbsp plain flour
-
2 tbsp yoghurt
Directions
Mix all the above ingredients into a marinade
Marinate chicken for 3 hours
Pierce chicken cubes onto skewers or bamboo sticks
Fry chicken lightly in deep oil for 5 minutes, then remove from oil.
Let chicken dry for few minutes on wire rack.
Fry chicken for second time until golden and crispy.
Garnish with onions and cilantro. Serve hot. Enjoy!
