Sanam Peri Peri Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken, cut

  • 4 tbsp Sanam Peri Peri Spice

  • 1 tsp crushed cumin

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp mustard paste

  • 1 tbsp chili and garlic sauce

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Wash and make fine cuts in chicken
  • Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave between 2-12 hours in the fridge
  • Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 375°F, turning in between as the chicken cooks. Grill until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  • Serve with lemon wedges, pita bread, and crispy potato wedges.
