1kg Chicken, cut

4 tbsp Sanam Peri Peri Spice

1 tsp crushed cumin

1 tsp red chili powder

3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp mustard paste

1 tbsp chili and garlic sauce

3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Wash and make fine cuts in the chicken.
Marinate the chicken thoroughly with all the ingredients and refrigerate for 2-12 hours.
