Sanam Peri Peri Lemon & Herb Beef Short Ribs

  • 1 ½ kg beef short ribs

  • 5 tbsp Sanam Peri Peri Lemon & Herb

  • 3 tbsp ginger & garlic paste

  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 ½ tsp crushed cumin

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp mustard paste

  • 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Wash ribs and drain water.
  • Mix all ingredients into a marinade.
  • Marinate the ribs for 4-24 hours.
  • Barbecue on grill until cooked thoroughly. Serve hot.
