For 1 kg chicken, make a rub using 5 tbsp Ayakha Cajun Dry Spice Rub, 2 tbsp garlic paste, and 1 freshly squeezed lemon. Wash and make fine cuts in the chicken. Thoroughly dab the rub over chicken and grill on BBQ or oven-bake at 375°F.
