Coat 500g boneless, skinless chicken tenders in a whisked mixture of 2 eggs and 100 mL milk. Then roll in 5 tbsp Ayakha Fiery Crumb Dry Spice Coater until fully covered. Oven-bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, turning once, or deep-fry at 350°F for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
