For 1 kg steak or chicken, make a rub using 5 tbsp Ayakha Garlic Butter Dry Spice Rub and 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon. Wash and make fine cuts in the meat. Thoroughly dab the rub over steak or chicken and grill on BBQ or oven-bake at 375°F.
