Mix 300g ground beef with ½ cup breadcrumbs, ¼ cup grated Parmesan, 1 egg, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 3 tbsp Ayakha Italian Dry Spice Blend. Roll into meatballs and bake in oven at 375°F for 15–20 minutes or pan-fry until golden. For sauce: heat 1 tbsp oil, add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 chopped onion, and 3 tbsp Ayakha Italian Dry Spice Blend. Sauté and pour in 1 can of crushed tomatoes. Simmer until rich and serve with spaghetti and meatballs.

Mélanger 300 g de bœuf haché avec ½ tasse de chapelure, ¼ tasse de parmesan râpé, 1 œuf, 2 gousses d’ail émincées et 3 c. à soupe de Ayakha Italian Dry Spice Blend. Façonner en boulettes et cuire au four à 375°F pendant 15–20 minutes ou faire revenir à la poêle. Pour la sauce : chauffer 1 c. à soupe d’huile, ajouter 2 gousses d’ail émincées, 1 oignon haché et 3 c. à soupe de mélange d’épices. Faire revenir, ajouter 1 boîte de tomates concassées et laisser mijoter. Servir avec des pâtes et des boulettes.
