For 1 kg kebab, wash and trim boneless meat (80% meat, 20% fat). Place ½ medium white onion, ½ chopped white onion, 6–8 green chilies, 1 tbsp coriander, and 2 tbsp lemon juice in a blender. Add to meat along with 5 tbsp Ayakha Kebab & Kofta Dry Spice Blend. Mix well, blend and shape into kebabs or koftas. Grill on BBQ, bake at 375°F, or fry in shallow oil on medium heat until fully cooked.

Pour 1 kg de kebab, laver et préparer la viande désossée (80 % viande, 20 % gras). Dans un mélangeur, mettre ½ oignon blanc moyen, ½ oignon haché, 6–8 piments verts, 1 c. à soupe de coriandre et 2 c. à soupe de jus de citron. Ajouter à la viande avec 5 c. à soupe de Ayakha Kebab & Kofta Dry Spice Blend. Bien mélanger et façonner en kebabs ou koftas. Griller au BBQ, cuire au four à 375°F ou frire dans un peu d’huile à feu moyen jusqu’à cuisson complète.
