Coat 500g chicken in a whisked mixture of 2 eggs and 100 ml milk. Then roll in 5 tbsp Ayakha Lemon Pepper Dry Spice Coater until fully covered. Oven-bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, turning once, or deep-fry at 350°F for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
