For 1 kg chicken, make a marinade using 5 tbsp Ayakha Moroccan Dry Spice Blend, 2 tbsp garlic paste, and 1 freshly squeezed lemon. Wash and make fine cuts in chicken. Marinate thoroughly and grill on BBQ or oven-bake at 375°F.
