For 1 kg steak, make a rub using 5 tbsp Ayakha Pepper Steak Dry Spice Rub, 2 tbsp garlic paste, and 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon. Wash and make fine cuts in steak. Thoroughly dab the rub over steak and grill on BBQ or oven-bake at 375°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
