For 1 kg chicken, create a marinade using 4 tbsp Ayakha Peri Peri Dry Spice Blend, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1½ tbsp ginger & garlic paste, and 3 tbsp oil. Wash and cut chicken. Marinate thoroughly and leave 3–4 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or oven-bake at 375°F, turning while cooking until done. Use on chicken, meat, steak, fish, burgers, or in curries.

Pour 1 kg de poulet, préparez une marinade avec 4 c. à soupe d’Ayakha Peri Peri Dry Spice Blend, 3 c. à soupe de jus de citron, 1½ c. à soupe de pâte de gingembre et d’ail, et 3 c. à soupe d’huile.
