For 1 kg kebab mix (80% meat, 20% fat), finely shred 1 white onion and squeeze water out using a cheesecloth. With minced meat and mix of chopped onion, add 5 tbsp Ayakha Spicy Kebab Dry Spice Blend, 3 tbsp ginger & garlic paste, 1 tbsp coriander, and 2 tbsp chopped mint. Mix until firm. Shape into skewers or patties. Grill on BBQ, pan fry, or bake at 375°F. Can be used on minced, veal, or skewered meat.

Pour 1 kg de mélange à kebab (80 % viande, 20 % gras), râpez finement 1 oignon blanc et pressez-le à l’aide d’un linge. Mélangez avec la viande hachée, 5 c. à soupe de Ayakha Spicy Kebab Dry Spice Blend, 3 c. à soupe de pâte de gingembre et d’ail, 1 c. à soupe de coriandre et 2 c. à soupe de menthe hachée. Mélangez bien jusqu’à consistance ferme. Façonnez en brochettes ou galettes. Griller au BBQ, faire revenir à la poêle ou cuire au four à 375°F. Convient aussi pour la viande hachée, le veau ou en brochettes.
