Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat and cook 500g of chopped chicken until light brown. In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp chili & garlic sauce, and ½ freshly squeezed lemon. Add into chicken and cook for 1 minute. In a separate bowl, mix 5 tbsp Ayakha Sweet Chili Dry Spice Blend and 2 tbsp corn starch with ½ cup water. Stir into the pan and cook until thickened. Garnish with green onions, red chilies, and sesame seeds.

Chauffer 1 c. à soupe d’huile dans une poêle à feu moyen et faire cuire 500 g de poulet coupé jusqu’à ce qu’il soit doré. Dans un bol, mélanger 2 c. à soupe de sauce soya, 2 c. à soupe de sauce chili à l’ail et le jus d’un demi-citron. Ajouter au poulet et cuire 1 minute. Dans un autre bol, mélanger 5 c. à soupe de Ayakha Sweet Chili Dry Spice Blend avec 2 c. à soupe de fécule de maïs et ½ tasse d’eau. Ajouter à la poêle et cuire jusqu’à épaississement. Garnir d’oignons verts, de piments rouges et de graines de sésame.
