Marinate 750 g boneless chicken chunks in ½ cup plain yogurt, 5 tbsp Ayakha Tikka Masala Dry Spice Blend, 2 tbsp garlic paste, and 1 tbsp oil. Mix well and marinate 1–2 hours. Grill, bake, or pan-fry until golden brown. For sauce: heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1 chopped onion and sauté until soft. Add 1 tsp ginger paste, 1½ cups crushed tomatoes, 2 tbsp Ayakha Tikka Masala, and cook until oil separates. Stir in ¼ cup cream, simmer, and add grilled chicken. Simmer 5–10 mins and serve with rice or naan.
