Preparation Suggestion / Suggestion de préparation
Prepare 1 kg of chicken breast to the desired size by washing and patting dry. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk and 1 beaten egg. In a separate bowl, pour 2 cups of Sanam Chicken Fillet Burger Spice Mix. Marinate the chicken fillet in the milk and egg mixture, then dip in the Spice Mix bowl to coat thoroughly. Fry in cooking oil on medium-high heat until the fillet is golden brown.

Préparez 1 kg de poitrine de poulet à la taille souhaitée en lavant le poulet et en le séchant avec du papier absorbant. Dans un bol, fouettez ensemble 1 tasse de lait et 1 œuf battu.
