Preparation Suggestion / Suggestion de préparation
For 1 kg chicken breast, add 1 onion and 1 tomato (blended) to 125ml water. Blend to make tomato-onion paste. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, cut 1 onion, 1 tomato, and 1 bell pepper into strips. Sauté for two minutes, then add cubed boneless chicken, the blended paste, and 3 tbsp Sanam Chicken Jalfrezi Spice Mix. Stir well. Cover and cook until chicken is half-cooked. Add half cup water, cover again, and cook until meat is tender. Simmer uncovered for 5–10 minutes or until chicken is coated in thick jalfrezi sauce.
Pour 1 kg de poitrine de poulet, ajoutez 1 oignon et 1 tomate (mélangés) à 125 ml d'eau. Mixez pour obtenir une pâte tomate-oignon. Chauffez 1 c. à soupe d'huile dans une poêle, coupez 1 oignon, 1 tomate et 1 poivron en tranches. Faites sauter deux minutes, puis ajoutez le poulet désossé, la pâte et 3 c. à soupe de Sanam Chicken Jalfrezi Spice Mix. Remuez bien. Couvrez et laissez cuire jusqu'à ce que le poulet soit à moitié cuit. Ajoutez une demi-tasse d'eau, couvrez à nouveau et laissez mijoter jusqu'à cuisson complète. Laissez mijoter sans couvercle 5–10 minutes pour épaissir la sauce.
