French 1 kg chicken wings (lollipop style), then mix 6 tbsp Sanam Chicken Lollipop Spice Mix with 1 egg, 2 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp corn starch, and 2 tbsp all-purpose flour. Add 2 tbsp water and whisk until smooth. Coat chicken pieces, and let sit for 10–15 mins. Deep fry in oil (2–4 inches deep) at 325˚F, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Pour 1 kg d’ailes de poulet (style sucette), mélangez 6 c. à soupe de Sanam Chicken Lollipop Spice Mix avec 1 œuf, 2 c. à soupe d’huile, 3 c. à soupe de fécule de maïs et 2 c. à soupe de farine. Ajoutez 2 c. à soupe d’eau et fouettez. Enrobez bien le poulet et laissez reposer 10 à 15 minutes. Faites frire dans l’huile (5–10 cm de profondeur) à 325˚F jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés et croustillants.
