Preparation Suggestion

For 1 kg chicken:

• Add ½ cup oil to a pan and heat.

• Add 4 finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

• Add the entire pack of Sanam Karahi Chicken Spice Mix and cook for 2 more minutes.

• Add 1 kg chicken and cook until the chicken changes color.

• Add 1 cup water and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and oil separates.

• Add 1 tsp lemon juice and cook for 2 more minutes.

• Garnish with fresh green chilies and ginger. Serve hot with naan or chapati.
