Flour (wheat flour, benzoyl peroxide, niacin, reduced iron, ascorbic acid, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, amylase, folic acid), Corn starch, Salt, Spices, Garlic powder, Natural flavour, Onion powder, Baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate).

Preparation Suggestion / Suggestion de préparation
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, hot sauce (optional, for added flavor), and 2 eggs. In a separate large bowl, add 2 cups of Sanam Ghost Pepper Chicken Fry Mix. Prepare 4 chicken thighs with skin on and 4 chicken drumsticks with skin on. Marinate the chicken in the mixing bowl, then coat in Chicken Fry Mix. Deep fry in vegetable oil at 350°F, cooking 3-4 pieces at a time for about 12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and place on a wire rack to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Dans un grand bol, fouettez ensemble 1 tasse de lait, sauce piquante (facultatif, pour plus de saveur), et 2 œufs. Dans un autre bol, ajoutez 2 tasses de Mélange de Poulet Frit au Poivre Fantôme de Sanam. Préparez 4 cuisses de poulet avec peau et 4 pilons avec peau.
