For 1 lb chicken wings, leave skin on. Mix 3 tbsp Sanam Jerk Chicken Wings Spice Mix with 2 tbsp corn starch, 2 tbsp oil, and 2 tbsp water. Whisk until smooth. Coat wings evenly and marinate 2–24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or bake at 375°F, turning wings over until golden brown.
