For 1 kg meat, heat ½ cup oil with 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 chopped onion. Sauté until golden. Add 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste, cook briefly, then stir in 3 tbsp Sanam Meat Curry Masala and 1 cup water. Mix in 1 cup crushed tomatoes, add meat, and cook for 1–2 hours until tender and fully cooked. Serve hot with rice or naan.

Pour 1 kg de viande, chauffer ½ tasse d’huile avec 1 c. à thé de graines de cumin et 1 oignon haché. Faire revenir jusqu’à ce qu’il soit doré. Ajouter 1 c. à soupe de pâte de gingembre et d’ail, puis 3 c. à soupe de Sanam Meat Curry Masala et 1 tasse d’eau. Incorporer 1 tasse de tomates concassées et la viande. Cuire pendant 1 à 2 heures jusqu’à tendreté complète. Servir chaud avec du riz ou du naan.
