In a pot, heat ½ cup oil and brown 1½ kg bone-in beef or veal. Mix 4 tbsp Sanam Nihari Spice Mix with 3 tbsp flour and 1 cup water until smooth. Add this to the pot along with 8–10 cups water. Stir well and simmer on low heat for 3–4 hours until meat is tender and gravy thickens. Serve hot with naan or paratha.
Dans une casserole, chauffer ½ tasse d’huile et faire dorer 1½ kg de bœuf ou de veau avec os. Mélangez 4 c. à soupe de Sanam Nihari Spice Mix avec 3 c. à soupe de farine et 1 tasse d’eau jusqu’à consistance lisse. Ajoutez ce mélange à la casserole avec 8 à 10 tasses d’eau. Bien remuer et laisser mijoter à feu doux pendant 3 à 4 heures jusqu’à ce que la viande soit tendre et que la sauce épaississe. Servir chaud avec du naan ou du paratha.
