For 4 burgers, double mince 500g of meat (80% meat, 20% fat). In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp of SAFIZ American Chargrill Burger Spice Mix with 60ml cold water to form a marinade. Rinse the minced meat, then combine thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 4–12 hours. Shape into 4 patties and cook on a BBQ grill, bake in the oven at 375°F (turning occasionally), or pan-fry in shallow oil until fully cooked.

Pour 4 burgers, hacher finement 500 g de viande (80 % viande, 20 % gras). Dans un bol, mélanger 3 c. à soupe de SAFIZ American Chargrill Burger Spice Mix avec 60 ml d’eau froide pour faire une marinade. Rincer la viande hachée, puis bien mélanger avec la marinade. Couvrir et réfrigérer pendant 4 à 12 heures. Façonner en 4 galettes, puis griller au BBQ, cuire au four à 375°F (en les retournant à l’occasion) ou faire frire à la poêle dans un peu d’huile jusqu’à cuisson complète.
