For 4 burgers, double mince 500g of meat (80% meat, 20% fat). In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp of SAFIZ Cracked Black Pepper & Sea Salt Burger Spice Mix with 60ml cold water to form a marinade. Rinse the minced meat, then combine thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 4–12 hours. Shape into 4 patties and cook on a BBQ grill, oven-bake at 375°F (turning once), or pan-fry in shallow oil until fully cooked.

Pour 4 burgers, hacher finement 500 g de viande (80 % viande, 20 % gras). Dans un bol, mélanger 3 c. à soupe de SAFIZ Cracked Black Pepper & Sea Salt Burger Spice Mix avec 60 ml d’eau froide pour faire une marinade. Rincer la viande hachée, puis bien mélanger avec la marinade. Couvrir et réfrigérer pendant 4 à 12 heures. Façonner en 4 galettes, puis griller au BBQ, cuire au four à 375°F (en les retournant une fois) ou faire frire à la poêle dans un peu d’huile jusqu’à cuisson complète.
