For 1 kg chicken, create a marinade using 3 tbsp Sanam Shahi Biryani Masala, 5 crushed tomatoes, 6 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp fried onions, 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste, 1½ tsp salt, and 2 chopped green chilies. Use 1 cup crushed fried onions, heat ½ cup oil in a pot, and sauté the onions. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is halfway cooked. Add 1 cup chopped coriander and 1 cup chopped mint. Fry 2–3 potatoes until tender separately. Boil 2½ cups basmati rice until 80% cooked. In a large pot, layer rice and chicken with fried onions and boiled eggs. Steam (dum) until fully cooked.

Dans une grande casserole, disposez en couches le riz, le poulet, les oignons frits et les œufs bouillis. Cuire à l’étouffée jusqu’à cuisson complète.
