For 1 chicken, create a marinade using 3 tbsp Sanam Supreme Tandoori Masala, freshly squeezed lemon, 2 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste, 2–3 tbsp olive oil. Wash and make fine cuts in chicken. Marinate the chicken thoroughly and leave 3–24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or bake in oven at 375°F, turning until fully cooked. For best results, roast inside a tandoor.

Pour 1 poulet, préparez une marinade avec 3 c. à soupe de Sanam Supreme Tandoori Masala, le jus d’un citron frais, 2 c. à soupe de pâte de gingembre et d’ail frais, et 2–3 c. à soupe d’huile d’olive.
