For 1 chicken, create a marinade using 3 tablespoons Sanam Tandoori Masala with Lime, 2 tablespoons fresh ginger paste, and 2-3 tablespoons olive oil. Make fine cuts in the chicken, marinate thoroughly, and leave it in the fridge for 3-24 hours. Grill on BBQ or bake in an oven at 375˚F until fully cooked. Alternatively, roast inside a tandoor for a traditional touch.
